In this work Mawlana Sarfaraz Khan Safdar has proven through the Quran, Hadith, Aqidah of the Sahabah and the sayings of the Imams of Ahl al-Sunnah that the real hakim of the Takwini and Tashri’i matters and the Mukhtar Kul is only Allah Ta’ala.
