In this important work the author relates fiqh judgments, particularly those of the Hanafi madhhab, to the hadith and traditions, scrutinising each for what the great scholars have said about the strength or weakness of its chain of transmission.
 
This is a critical edition of the work based on the edition first published by the author, and it was that same edition that Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri used for his  Al-Ithaf li Madhhabil Ahnaf.
