Al Khayr al-Baqi is one of the most detailed commentaries on Maraqi al-Falah which is a commentary on Nur al-Idah. 
 
It is an amazing work which not only verifies many of the masa'il and issues in Maraqi al-Falah but also mentions the mufta bihi within the madhab.
 
The two great imams of the Hanafi school have verified that Shaykh Abdul Jalil 'Ata is one of the great leading Hanafi scholars of Fiqh and this work surpasses Tahtawi in terms of research in some of the masa'il mentioned.
 
Shaykh Abdur Razzaq al-Halabi and Shaykh Muhammad Adeeb kallas have attested to this in their introduction to the text.
