ABOUT THE BOOK
 
The book 'اثر الحديث الشريف في اختلاف الائمة الفقهاء ويليه ادب الاختلاف في مسائل العلم والدين' originates from a lecture given by the author in 1398 AH at the Rawda Mosque in Aleppo. Many requested its publication due to its valuable content. It serves as a bridge between Hadith narration and its jurisprudential understanding, highlighting the expertise of Islamic scholars in deriving legal rulings.
 
The book addresses the reasons for differing scholarly opinions, including the validity of a Hadith for practice, the understanding of Hadith, apparent contradictions in the Sunnah, and differences in knowledge of the Sunnah.
 
These discussions clarify misconceptions, showing that differences are rooted in evidence and not bias or arrogance. The book ultimately emphasizes that scholars have established methodologies, which may not always be explicitly stated, leading some to mistakenly view them as incorrect.
